Here’s a little trick I’ve used for a long time. Feel free to steal it.

Whenever I’m reviewing a website, I do what I call the We/You Test. I literally count how many times the homepage says “we” versus how many times it says “you.”

It’s a quick gut check. It shows whether the content is focused on you or your customers.

And here’s why that matters: People don’t visit your site to learn how many years you’ve been in business. They’re there to see if you can help them solve their problem.

The more your content speaks to their goals, their pain points, and their benefit, the more it connects.

Try it. It’s weirdly effective.
