It was such a privilege to speak at Trailblaze yesterday in Fairmont with TechConnect West Virginia. Big thanks to my friend Ariana Shives 🌄 and Michele O’Connor for the invite!

The theme of my 2025 so far has been this: Being around inspired people is really inspiring.

That may be obvious. But yesterday reminded me of just how true it is.

I had the pleasure of hearing from and chatting with so many people who are involved with so many great things throughout the state and beyond. I was also really glad that I got my presentation out of the way in the first session, so I could relax a little and enjoy everyone else’s talks the rest of the day! 😂

There’s something powerful about in-person events like this…especially local ones full of so much talent and experience. These events have a way of nudging you to dream just a little bit bigger and motivating you to work a little bit harder.

Thanks again to everyone at Trailblaze for broadening my horizons a bit.
