Shout out to Ariana and TechConnect West Virginia. This thank you card showed up in my mailbox last week.

I’m a big believer in using digital tools to make life easier. And we truly are connected in ways that previous generations only thought possible in science fiction.

But yet, someone as forward thinking as Ariana understands the power of a more personal approach. And her organization literally has the word “tech” in its name!

Digital communication will continue to flood our culture. Those that master these human touches will be the ones that will win the day.
