You might not realize it, but we all judge every message by its medium.
Your significant other says “I’m fine.” We all know there are at least five different ways that can land, all depending on their tone, timing, and eyebrow angle.
Same goes for marketing.
How your message is communicated is just as important as what you’re communicating.
Bad design, janky websites, low-quality video or audio… they all send a message. And it’s probably not the one you’re trying to send.
